My Zelda 25th Anniversary Tribute! This was my mandala project that I did in my color and design class. I wanted to do something that I would enjoy working on and that I would keep for myself. I lost about 2 nights of sleep on it.

I always wanted to do something with the 3 Goddesses, and originally I wanted to paint something digitally…but this turned out better. Painted using an Art Nouveau style. I didn’t use any references, I just kinda winged the bodies and the fabric while sitting in class. I wanted each Goddess to have different facial features as well as their hair.

I added closeups of the goddesses in this upload.

Total hours - 25+
Medium - Gouache
Size - 10x10 painting. Illustration board is 15x20 with a black matte.

Sorry for the watermarks.
I am offering the Mandala (circle) part as a High Quality Professional Print on an 11x17 heavy weight Epson Matte paper for $35. The Mandala on the print would be 10x10. Black frame mat board not included.

Check out the youtube in progress video!

Awesome Legend of Zelda fan art - by ag+

A truly monumental piece of fanart, truly befitting a legend. The pictures here are only part of one giant poster, so check the link above to see the whole thing. Whenever I eventually build my mansion/castle/Fortess of Solitude, I’m commissioning this guy to paint the ceilings. Download the full piece here. And one more:

Creator, Farore here! Happy 25th anniversary to The Legend of Zelda. In honor of this day. I’m dressed up as Saria, and that’s my brother as Link! Originally I was going for Zelda, so my hair still has the white tips, and Zelda just wasn’t working out for me. If only I had a green wig for my costume and my greens matched more, or I had a green tunic haha! But here’s our best homemade versions!

Here’s co-owner, Nayru as Navi!

And co-owner Din may put on her Sheik costume later when she’s home!

Dress up for tonights tinychat if you want! Remember: 9PM EASTERN/8PM CENTRAL/6PM WESTERN we’ll make a post with the link just before the chat starts!
